مطلوب كيميائين وذلك بالشروط التالية:
1- Must be a Pharmacist.
2- 3-5 continuous years of experience as Sales Supervisor/Manager – preferably in skin care.
3- Develop annual business plan for several company profile.
4- Develop marketing plan for different company profile.
5- Ability to forecast required quantities from goods, FMS, POS, GWP and promotional materials.
6- Ability to create road map for any new company.
7- Set & monitor target plan for the team.
8- Stock management experience (Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock)
9- Evaluate job performance.
10- Coach, train, and discipline employees/team.
11- Monitor local competitors.
